- Plant manager for a wood components manufacturing plant.
- Product development for the University of British Columbia, Forintek Canada Corporation and C-Max Technologies
- Project Manager for the equipment delivery of the first LVL plant in Canada
- Designing and analyzing process for Raute Wood
- Visiting an extensive number of customer plants to facilitate process and product optimization
- Presenting papers at a number of international technical conferences
- Patent holder of US, Canadian and German patent for Continuous Microwave Pressing Process and co-author of several patents in the area of wood composites
